Critical geometries are captured with precise calipers and reference pictures. These measurements are taken and turned into a 3D model that can be used as a base for modelling accessories. This ensures the best fitment possible for custom plates, mounts, and accessories.
Once in CAD, we can turn custom requests into reality, optimizing rigging geometry for balance and precision. Prototype parts are 3d printed to test and ensure optimum fitment before ordering machined parts. Throughout the process, we may provide updates and can incorporate active feedback to tweak the model to your needs.
Parts are milled with quality materials using a third-party machinist. Machined parts are checked again for ideal fitment before being put to a real-life test. Other parts may be 3d printed or metal printed depending on tolerances, loads, and budget constraints.
Once finalized, these custom parts are shipped straight to your door! Even after receiving your order, you can still reach out for further customization requests or help with installation.
